So the actual purchase is through CCNow. Since CCNow is located in DE, no sales tax is required on credit card orders. Just use the "order" button next to the game to add it to the shopping cart. If it is determined that the CD-ROM is defective, just return it to Barbor Software and another one will be sent out immediately at no additional cost. If you receive a game that, after contacting the game's tech support (check help file for tech support contacts), does not work properly on your PC, please notify Barbor Software support at Support. You can then just return it to Barbor Software for a full refund of the purchase price.
